How to set your exercise routine

How to set your exercise routine

Most people who want a better look/health condition/security feeling, think about exercising as a hobby and start with a fully motivated mood but they find themselves the next week eating high all the wrong carbs and laying all day long on a comfortable coach just because they have ‘exercised’ already.

Firstly, you have to take it easy; don’t rush in doing all the push-ups and abs you can after exhausting yourself with a too long run. Know your limits and get the right mindset, as the saying goes “healthy mind, healthy body”, you should create your own schedule being aware of your capability of doing psychical effort. You can only climb a mountain in small steps, think about it like this “this week, I’ll run 3 miles, do 30 push-ups and 50 abs each day. Next week, I’ll run 3.5 miles, do 50 push-ups and 80 abs each day” and so on because you can’t lose that weight by night. Don’t force yourself and take breaks if needed but don’t fall in the “comfort zone”.

Secondly, besides exercising you should set your mindon a diet; leave your craves aside for a while and you’ll find yourself surprised. In a few days you won’t even feel the need of that “tasteful chocolate” because you gave your body the chance to eliminate the toxins and chemicals you put in it.

All it takes is strong will and character for you to climb that mountain since the challenge you face will get bigger until it subsides. Soon enough you’ll just think of all of the exercise as an essential part of your daily routine.
